In January 2018, Baffin kicked off the Explore Your Outdoors Expedition, cycling 1,000 km around Lake Ontario. Led by Mark and Brent Hubner with Chris Surette and Jan-Sebastian La Pierre of A for Adventure, the journey began at Baffin’s Stoney Creek headquarters, testing gear in real winter conditions.
Forged on the Journey
Baffin’s story is written across snow, ice, and untamed landscapes around the world. Decades of legacy expeditions—trails blazed long before our time—shaped the boots and gear we make today. Every frozen summit, remote trek, and extreme test taught us what endures, what fails, and what inspires innovation.
From boots that conquered towering peaks to apparel that withstood blizzards, each journey became a lesson. Early challenges sparked breakthroughs, and real-world experiences became the foundation for our designs.
Baffin products earn their reputation through Real-World Testing™. Our legacy is built on the journeys that tested us—and the gear that rose to meet every challenge along the way.
