How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, we will be happy to help you. All returns must be in brand new, unused condition. Return shipping within Canada is free within 30 days of delivery. Some clearance items are clearly marked "not subject to free return shipping" but we are still happy to send a label to you for a fee of $7.50. Follow these simple steps:

 

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, we’ve gone the distance to make it very easy!  All returns must be in brand new, unused condition with the original packaging.  Return shipping within Canada is free within 30 days of delivery unless marked “Final Sale”.  Follow the instructions below to get started!

To Exchange an Item:

Please indicate the reason for exchange and let us know which model and size you'd like to receive in return.

We will generate a prepaid shipping label and mail it to you within 2-3 business days.  Simply place your purchase in a secure outer box so that our original packaging is not damaged and stick the label to the outside.  Unfortunately, we must charge a $5.00 box fee for returns mailed in the manufacturer's box.

Once packaged and labelled you can drop the box off at your nearest Purolator center.  As soon as we receive the boots, we will ship the exchange back to you.

 In our busy season (Thanksgiving through Valentine’s Day), some models/sizes may sell out. To ensure availability, you may wish to place another online order for the “exchange” boot so that we may ship them to you immediately. Your original order will be credited when it is received in our warehouse. Please note in your comments that you have already placed an order for the boots you'd like.


To Return an Item for a Refund:

Please email us at
webreturns@baffin.com and indicate your reason for return.

Boots must be received in brand new unworn condition in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Once packaged and labelled you can drop the box off at your nearest Purolator center.  Credits are processed within two weeks of receiving the product.  Credit may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.  After the 30 days only online credit will be issued for returns.


A Note About Fit
Our -100 Boots have a very thick liner and will feel tight initially. Although the boot may feel snug at first, it will most likely conform to a perfect fit once the initial break-in period is complete. We suggest wearing them around your home for at least one hour before you decide on the fit.  Our boots run true to fit.

When will my order ship?
  Orders are processed usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment.
