The service in purchasing my boots and the shipping time was wonderful so I will give Baffin a rating of 5 stars. Since it is not cold and snowy yet I have not had a chance to try out the boots for warmth however, they look great and feel very comfortable for the little time that I had them on. I will know better in a couple of months.
