Holiday Return Policy - Online Purchases
Items purchased through baffin.com that are received between 10 November and 25 December 2020 may be returned up to 25 January 2021. Please note all other terms and conditions in the Standard Return Policy are still applicable.
Standard Return Policy – Online Purchases
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Baffin and the item remains in brand new unworn condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please submit a Return Form Request here.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
If your item has been worn or is outside of the 30-day window, please contact Customer Service here.
If approved, we will generate a prepaid shipping label within 2-3 business days. This label will be sent to you by email. Simply place your purchase in a secure outer box so that our original packaging is not damaged and stick the Purolator label to the outside.
Unfortunately, we must charge a $5.00 box fee for returns mailed not in the manufacture's box.
Once your order is packaged and labeled, you can drop the box off at your nearest Purolator center. Return shipping within Canada is free within 30 days of delivery, unless marked "Final Sale."
United States Orders:
A return Authorization will be sent to your email with directions on how to return purchase to our warehouse in New York. Any return freight, brokerage fees, customs, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. The quickest way to receive your new gear is to place a new order and submit a Return Form Request for your original item
