Online Purchases - Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Baffin and the item remains in brand new unworn condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Please see the link below to start the approval process for your return.

Retail Purchases – Backed by Baffin
In partnership with our valued Retailers, we’ve launched “Backed by Baffin” - a comfort guarantee program. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Retail purchase, you will be able to return them within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
To qualify for this program, please contact the retailer where you purchased your boots.
You will be refunded for the purchase price on your receipt. If you have any questions contact firstname.lastname@example.org
For Canadians orders only:
If approved we will generate a prepaid shipping label within 2-3 business days. This label will be sent to you by email. Simply place your purchase in a secure outer box so that our original packaging is not damaged and stick the Purolator label to the outside. Unfortunately, we must charge a $5.00 box fee for returns mailed not in the manufacture's box.
Once your order is packaged and labeled, you can drop the box off at your nearest Purolator center. Return shipping within Canada is free within 30 days of delivery unless marked "Final Sale."
For United States Orders:
A return Authorization will be sent to your email with directions on how to return purchase to our warehouse in New York. Any return freight, brokerage fees, customers, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For Returns Outside Canada:
Any return freight, brokerage fees, customs, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer. A return Authorization will be sent to your email with directions on how to return purchase to our warehouse.
Unfortunately we cannot do exchanges with web orders. You can make arrangements for a return to be done, simply complete the return form below and we will forward you your return authorization information. Should you require a different size/style then you would have to place a new order for this.
