Holiday Return Policy - Items purchased through baffin.com that are received between 25 October and 24 December 2022 may be returned up to 25 January 2023. Please note all other terms and conditions in the Standard Return Policy are still applicable.
Standard Return Policy - We offer a 30 day return & exchange window on unworn gear. Returns without the original Baffin box will be subject to a $5.00 box fee.
Canada: Free returns
United States: A shipping label fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund, which is waived if you opt for an exchange.
