My Order

• Has my order shipped?

Click the "Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.

• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

• How do I track the status of my order?

Click the "Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. You can see if your order has shipped and it should display your Package Tracking Number.

• What should I do if my order is missing an item or parts?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please Contact Us for assistance.

• How do I create an account?

To create a new account, please follow these steps:

- On the top right-hand side click “Sign In”

- Click “Create Account”

- Fill in all the necessary information including: First & Last Name and your Email

- Make a password

- Click “Create”

- You’re done! Welcome to BAFFIN!

• How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please allow 1 business day for the shipment to process.

For orders within Canada and the U.S., shipping is free for limited time only!
Regularly standard shipping is $10 CDN.

• What is Baffin's return policy?

Please see our Return Policy for complete details. For purchases through a separate retailer, please contact them directly.

Items in original, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the original Baffin box. Returns without the original Baffin box will be subject to a $5.00 box fee. Unfortunately, exchanges are not currently possible.

Canadian Returns: Free returns. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including the original shipping charge.

U.S. Returns: Return shipping costs within the U.S. will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including the original shipping charge.

• What should I do if my gear arrives damaged or defective?

Please "Contact Us", as soon as possible including your order number, the description of the issue, along with photos of the damage and the Detailed Inside Size Label Tag.

• What is your warranty policy?

If an issue occurs within a reasonable amount of time, contact place of purchase. Each case is reviewed individually by our Quality Control team. Please "Contact Us", as soon as possible.

• How does the temperature rating work for your footwear?

Cold weather product is tested in a controlled environment up to the different temperature levels indicated on the tags.

Cold feet are not a defect in the manufacturing process. It could be a fit issue, the socks being worn or just not the right boot for that person.

This minimum temperature rating is when the product will no longer hold its integrity, or when the boots or parts of the boots will start to deteriorate. For example, the rubber may split, the metal grommets can break, the leather can crack, and the stitching may snap. It also takes in to account many different factors, such as, temperature, wind, surface structure (ice, cement, frozen tundra etc…) activity level, and circulation as a few examples.

*Note: the above statement is true for any temperature rated product, not only Baffin gear.

• Which shoes are compatible with orthotics?

Many of our products have a removable liner, which can be replaced with an orthotic insole at your discretion. However, due to the custom nature of orthotics, we cannot guarantee your orthotics will fit in our footwear.

• How does your sizing work for boots?

Please refer to our fit tips on each product page. If you are a half size and the boot does not come in half sizes, we suggest choosing 1.5 sizes up for boots described as “runs small” and 1 size up for boot described as “true to size”.

If you find that the boot is fitting snug for boots with removeable liners, wear the liner around the house to mold the liner to your foot, then re-enter the boot with the liner already on your foot.
