Holiday Return Policy - Online Purchases

Standard Return Policy - Online Purchases 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Baffin and the item remains in brand new unworn condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. 

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.

If your item has been worn or is outside of the 30-day window, please contact Customer Experience here.

Canadian Returns:

Please submit a return form above. Our customer experience team will then generate a prepaid shipping label within 2-3 business days. This label will be sent to you by email. 

Simply place your purchase in a secure outer box so that our original packaging is not damaged and tape the Canada Post label to the outside. Once your order is packaged and labeled, you can drop the box off at your nearest Canada Post center. Return shipping within Canada is free within 30 days of delivery, unless marked "Final Sale."

Unfortunately, we must charge a $5.00 box fee for returns mailed not in the manufacturer's box.

United States Returns:

Please submit a return form above. Our Customer Experience team will send a Return Authorization number to your email within 2-3 business days, including the address of the New York warehouse to return the purchase to.

Any return freight, brokerage fees, customs, and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. The quickest way to receive your new gear is to place a new order and submit a Return Form Request for your original item.
