ICE CREW (STP) features a mid-height, waterproof leather upper paired with a breathable membrane to help keep feet dry during long shifts in wet or snowy conditions. A slip-on construction with pull loops at the front and back allows for quick entry, making it easier to gear up when time matters.

Safety is at the core of ICE CREW (STP). A Composite Safety Toe and Plate provide impact and puncture protection while remaining lightweight enough for all-day wear. The IceBite® outsole offers advanced traction on ice and slick surfaces, helping to reduce slips where conventional rubber outsoles fall short.
Additional features like a rubber toe guard and an external TPU heel counter enhance durability and stability. The oil- and acid-resistant outsole has been tested for Coefficient of Friction, delivering reliable grip across wet, dry, and cold surfaces.
Comfort Built In, Shift After Shift
Inside the boot, Baffin’s Fixed-Fit multi-layer inner boot system provides warmth and comfort without unnecessary bulk. Thermaplush™ lining sits next to the foot to help wick moisture away, while B-Tek™ Foam and B-Tek™ Heat insulation offer both comfort and breathable thermal regulation.
A waterproof, breathable membrane works with the boot’s construction to help maintain comfort through changing conditions, supporting long hours on the job from start to finish.
