Orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. Due to the time of year, please allow 1-5 business days for the shipment to process.

We cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We also cannot cancel or remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. You can click on your tracking number within that email.

You will also receive an "Out for Delivery" email and a separate "Delivered" email once your tracking information has been updated by the carrier.

If your orders each show a status of "delivered" but you are missing an item, please contact Customer Experience.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-5 business day for the shipment to process

Estimated shipping within Canada: 2-8 business days

Estimated shipping within U.S.: 3-10 business days

Shipping on orders over $99 are free within Canada and the U.S., excluding remote locations.

If under $99, a shipping fee of $12 will be charged.

Remote locations due to shipping limitations include; Nunavut, N.W.T., Yukon and Alaska. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs on orders to France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom will be calculated at checkout.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Baffin currently ships to Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

BAFFIN'S ONLY DIRECT ECOMMERCE CHANNEL IS BAFFIN.COM. ANY OTHER WEBSITE CLAIMING TO BE BAFFIN IS FRAUDULENT.

Orders to PO Box addresses will be held during the Canada Post strike and won’t be shipped until normal postal service resumes. We’re committed to processing your order as soon as possible once Canada Post workers are back to work. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Returns

Please see our Return Policy for complete details. For purchases through a separate retailer, please contact
them directly.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery. Items in original, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the original Baffin box. Returns without the original Baffin box will be subject to a $5.00 box fee. Unfortunately, exchanges are not currently possible.

Canada: Free returns. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, plus the original shipping charge.

United States: Return shipping costs within the U.S. will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, plus the original shipping charge.

France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. and shipping fees, duties or additional charges incurred are non-refundable.

If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer’s defect, please reach out to Customer Experience.

Please reach out to Customer Experience as soon as possible including your order number, the description of the issue, along with photos of the damage and the Detailed Inside Size Label Tag.

If an issue occurs within a reasonable amount of time, contact the place of purchase. Each case is reviewed individually by our Quality Control team. Please reach out to Customer Experience as soon as possible.

Product Features & Materials

Many of our products have a removable liner, which can be replaced with an orthotic insole at your discretion. However, due to the custom nature of orthotics, we cannot guarantee your orthotics will fit in our footwear.

Please refer to our fit tips on each product page. If you are a half size and the boot does not come in half sizes, we suggest choosing 1.5 sizes up for boots described as “runs small” and 1 size up for boots described as “true to size”.

If you find that the boot is fitting snug for boots with removable liners, wear the liner around the house to mold the liner to your foot, then re-enter the boot with the liner already on your foot.
