At Baffin, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and all applicable return conditions are met, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Conditions:

• Unworn
• In the original packaging (tags must be attached) with the Baffin box inside a container. 
• Full set of shoes, socks, gloves, etc. 
• Both sets of laces

Promotional sales may be considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any shipping fees from the original orders are final and will not be refunded.

If the package is not mailed in the original Baffin box, a $5.00 box fee will be applied to your refund. Please place the Baffin box inside a container (such as a corrugated box), securely taped shut.

France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom Returns

• Please note that customers are responsible for arranging return shipping with their preferred carrier, including all associated costs such as duties and fees, and Baffin does not provide return labels.
• Customer must provide the tracking number proof that any applicable duties have been paid before a refund is processed.
