Comfort is best achieved with moderate levels of activity and has been Polar Proven® by us at both the North and South Poles, ensuring durability and protection in the coldest environments inexistence. Polar Rated products have been worn by Baffin’s testing team in comfort in regions where temperatures between-45°C to -60°C/-49°C to -76°F have been experienced.
Moderate levels of activity may be achieved when a user's heart rate is between 55% and 69% of their heart rate max. Examples of this type of activity may include: viewing the northern lights, climate research, ice fishing, etc.
As warmth may be affected by many factors, please consult a medical professional if you’re planning to be active in freezing temperatures.
