At Baffin, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Baffin products come with a 1- year limited warranty on manufacturer defects.

What is not covered?

• Damage caused by product modification, wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over time
• Improper fit claims made beyond the 30-day return policy window

How to submit a Warranty Claim:

• Please complete and submit the warranty form below and allow 2-3 business days for a member of our Customer Experience Team to review your claim
• If your claim is approved, you will be notified and a product replacement (same or comparable) or refund will be initiated at the discretion of Baffin

PLEASE NOTE: If purchased through a retailer other than Baffin.com, please connect with the merchant directly as they may be best suited to remedy.

For damage not covered under warranty, Baffin may offer to assist within reason.

Warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
