THE HAMMER PLUNGE – PRESENTED BY BAFFIN

Each winter, Baffin partners with HHSF to host The Hammer Plunge – Presented by Baffin, a unique event that challenges participants to take an icy plunge in support of local health care.

The Hammer Plunge captures the essence of both organizations — courage, care, and community.
From the frozen lakes where we test our boots to the frozen waters of the plunge, the event reminds us that resilience takes many forms.

Funds raised through The Hammer Plunge directly support HHSF’s mission to provide advanced equipment, research, and patient-focused programs across Hamilton’s hospitals.
