Paul has spearheaded expeditions across some of the most unforgiving environments on the planet. In 2009, he completed a landmark crossing of Baffin Island alongside his son Ryan. He has trekked to the North Pole, crossed Greenland’s ice cap, and endured the isolation of Antarctica’s interior. Each mission is not only a personal challenge but an opportunity to test gear in conditions few ever experience – and bring those insights back to the development floor.
As the architect of Baffin’s Real-World Testing (RWT) philosophy, Paul transforms field experiences into design insight – pushing innovation from the ground up. He leads the development team, providing feedback gathered from the field to ensure that each product is built to perform when it matters most.
