Empowering Youth Through the Outdoors

At Baffin, we believe that time spent outdoors helps build confidence, resilience and leadership. Through our partnership with Amici Children’s Camp Charity, we are proud to support an organization dedicated to ensuring more young people have access to the transformative experience of camp.

Amici provides children from low income families with access to accredited overnight summer camps across Ontario, offering multi-year opportunities that foster independence, connection and personal growth.

Together, Baffin and Amici are helping open the door to outdoor exploration — creating opportunities for youth to build confidence, form lifelong friendships and discover their potential.

About Amici

Founded in 1966, Amici Children’s Camp Charity helps send children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds to overnight camps across Ontario.

By partnering with Ontario Camps Association accredited camps, Amici enables youth ages 7–17 to attend camp for multiple summers — providing the consistency and support needed for personal growth, leadership development and meaningful connection with nature.

For many campers, these experiences become pivotal moments that build independence, self-confidence and a strong sense of belonging.

AMICI X BAFFIN Partnership

Baffin’s partnership with Amici is rooted in a shared belief that access to outdoor experiences should not be limited by circumstance.

The relationship began through a winter expedition around Lake Ontario led by members of the Baffin team, raising awareness and funds to help send children to camp. Since then, Baffin has proudly continued to support Amici’s mission of expanding access to outdoor experiences for youth.

Together, we are helping more young people explore new environments, challenge themselves and discover what they are capable of.
