Having skied to both the North and South poles more than anyone on the planet, Doug Stoup has led international scientific expeditions to both poles, pioneered locator beacons that track climate change, and leads disabled adventurers in the polar regions. He continues to not only push the limits of human endurance but to advocate and educate the masses about climate change and plastic pollution.

Sarah McNair-Landry grew up with the Arctic Ocean and a team of dogs in her backyard. She is the youngest person to travel to both the North and South Pole, traverse the Greenland Ice Cap five times, venture into the Gobi Desert, guide an expedition to both the South and North Pole, and more recently kite ski 3,300 km retracing the Northwest Passage. Sarah has been named one of the "Top Ten Women in Adventure" by National Geographic Adventure Magazine.

Internationally recognized as one of the top polar guides in the world, Matty McNair has journeyed to both Poles and set several world records. She led the first women's expedition to the North Pole in 1997 and has appeared on several TV shows including Top Gear, Wilderness Walks, Angry Planet, and Serious Arctic just to name a few. Matty is the author of On Thin Ice and one of the founding members of the International Polar Guides Association.

Eric Philips is an Australian polar adventurer and guide with a career spanning almost 35 years of ski travel. He has planned and completed numerous polar expeditions including pioneering four new routes to the South Pole, two Greenland crossings, expeditions from Russia to North Pole, and North Pole to Canada. Eric is a co-founder of the International Polar Guides Association (IPGA), co-creator of the Polar Expeditions Classification Scheme (PECS) and founding manager of Icetrek Expeditions and Equipment. He is a crew member of FRAM2, a three-day spaceflight that will climb to around 440 km and complete the first manned orbits over the North and South Poles, due to launch in December 2024. Eric’s 2002 expedition skiing from Russia to the North Pole was his first trip using Baffin gear. He has since skied close to10,000 km in Baffin boots, including IMPACT and GUIDE PRO II.

Jessica Liut is Baffin’s VP of Marketing, blending creative vision with a passion for exploration. She has journeyed across diverse terrains and climates to experience firsthand the environments Baffin products are built to withstand. From remote northern communities to rugged trails and coastal landscapes, Jessica brings a storyteller’s lens to every expedition, capturing the intersection of performance, design, and real-world testing.

She plays an active role in product testing, joining expeditions to translate on-the-ground experiences into meaningful brand direction. Brent Hubner carries forward a legacy deeply rooted in exploration, resilience, and real-world testing. As a member of Baffin’s Field Testing Team, he has contributed to expeditions and product development in some of the harshest environments on earth, helping ensure every innovation is proven beyond the lab. Guided by a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to the brand’s heritage, Brent continues to embody Baffin’s spirit of perseverance and its Real-World Tested™ promise.

Sally Nguyen is Baffin’s Wholesale Marketing Coordinator and an active member of the Field Testing Team, combining her passion for outdoor adventure with a commitment to authentic product storytelling. From hiking Alaska’s rugged wilderness to backpacking through the Grand Canyon, Sally seeks opportunities to experience firsthand the diverse environments Baffin products are designed to withstand.

Through field testing and outdoor expeditions, Sally evaluates Baffin products across a range of terrains and conditions, gaining valuable insights into their performance, comfort, and reliability. Sidney Durante is Baffin’s Marketing Specialist, helping shape and maintain the brand’s voice across platforms, campaigns, and partnerships.
